Terms & Conditions for Ironing Doctor Laundry
1. Service Guarantee We pride ourselves on providing a high-quality service. If you are not
satisfied with the finish of any item, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will re-iron the
item free of charge.
2. Collection and Delivery
• Free Service: Free collection and delivery apply to orders within our specified service
areas (e.g., Fulham, Chelsea, Putney) with a minimum order value (e.g., £30).
• Access: Customers must ensure someone is available at the agreed time or provide
instructions for a safe place to collect/drop off items.
3. Damaged Items & Liability
• Pre-exising Damage: We inspect items upon arrival. If we nottce burns, tears, or missing
buttons before starting, we will notify you immediately.• Our Liability: In the highly unlikely event of damage caused by our process, our liability
is limited to a maximum of 10 times the cost of the ironing service for that specific item
(or a fair market value, whichever is lower).
• Special Fabrics: Please label any items that require special care. We follow care labels; if
a label is missing, the item is ironed at the owner’s risk.
4. Lost Items Any claims for missing items must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
5. Payment Payment is due upon delivery via cash, bank transfer, or card (as agreed).
